I'm Julio Garcia — a web designer and digital strategist originally from Managua, Nicaragua, now based in Moscow, Idaho. With over 10 years of experience, I've helped organizations and entrepreneurs across more than 30 countries build their digital presence, grow their audiences, and turn strategy into results.

I co-founded Madbear Creative Agency with my wife Rosalyn, where we build custom websites and brands for businesses across the US. I also serve as CTO at Business Makers Network, where I lead the technology roadmap for a business accelerator helping entrepreneurs scale with digital tools.

I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, and I bring a rare blend of creative vision, technical depth, and operational leadership — shaped by years of working across cultures, time zones, and contexts.
